We provide free inspections and estimates for our services. Final pricing may vary based on the scope of work, extent of damage, and conditions discovered during the restoration process. Any changes to the estimated cost will be communicated to you before proceeding.
While we offer insurance assistance and can work with your insurance provider, West Michigan Professionals LLC is not an insurance company and does not guarantee claim approval or coverage amounts. We will assist in documenting damages and communicating with your provider, but final claim decisions rest with your insurance company.
By scheduling our services, you authorize West Michigan Professionals LLC and its employees to access the affected areas of your property to perform the agreed-upon restoration work. You represent that you have the legal authority to grant such access.
You agree to provide accurate information about the damage and your property. You are responsible for removing personal belongings from the work area when possible and for ensuring a safe work environment for our team.
West Michigan Professionals LLC will perform all services with reasonable care and in accordance with industry standards. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage not discoverable during initial assessment, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept various forms of payment. If payment is made through insurance, you are responsible for any deductibles, uncovered amounts, or balances not paid by your insurance provider.
You may cancel scheduled services by contacting us prior to the scheduled appointment. Emergency services that have already been dispatched may be subject to a service call fee.
We stand behind our work and are committed to customer satisfaction. If you have concerns about the quality of our services, please contact us within 30 days of service completion so we can address them promptly.
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the course of providing our services will be used solely for the purpose of delivering and improving our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to complete our services or as required by law.
